PARTNERSHIP CHALLENGE #1:
Improving lead generation and prospecting efforts while also increasing the number of conversions of qualified leads that come through the Integrity website

CONCEPT SOLUTION:
Concept began an outbound calling program in September 2018 to help Integrity find new business opportunities and then implemented live chat on the company’s website.

 

PARTNERSHIP CHALLENGE #2:
Managing Google Pay Per Click campaigns as well as creating a user-friendly website with a clean, modern look to drive more conversions from paid and organic traffic

CONCEPT SOLUTION:
Concept started managing Integrity’s PPC campaign in October 2018. Integrity saw a significant increase in impression share, average position, and click through rate. After discovering the need for a more streamlined web presence, Integrity also turned to Concept for a complete website redesign.

 

PARTNERSHIP CHALLENGE #3:
Developing, designing, and deploying engaging content and structured email campaigns for sales promotions

CONCEPT SOLUTION:
Concept developed the design and verbiage for a tire promotion flyer in January 2019. An accompanying email campaign was deployed to increase awareness of the promotion.

Implementing a CRM platform to increase visibility into lead capture/management as well as provide a system for managing email marketing campaigns

Concept helped Integrity implement, adjust, and customize HubSpot as their CRM and email marketing platform. By offering this visibility, Integrity was able to see ROI for its marketing efforts and establish areas for improvement.
